Labor Party: Special Prosecutor Needed against Animal Activists


Labor Parliamentarian Ton Heerts says that a special public prosecutor should be appointed to deal with animal activism. He has confirmed that the Netherlands serves as a base for animal activists from other countries. Animal activists are using increasingly violent methods to promote their case, such as threatening family members of employees of companies involved in animal experiments, or burning their cars.
