Police trade union ACP criticized National
Ombudsman, Alex Brenninkmeyer. He had said that he would not further investigate
a policewoman who kicked someone. He added that he had the impression that she
had acted disproportionately. The ACP wonders how Brenninkmeyer justifies this,
as there are varying testimonies about the incident.
