Major failure in campaign to prevent harassment in the workplace

Leading trade union FNV says that companies and organizations are legally obligated to prevent harassment in the workplace, yet seldom have a program to do so.  The campaign initiated by Minister of Social Affairs Asscher in June has been a major failure. The FNV claims this in view of the suicide of a 51-year-old teacher in the province of Limburg as a result of frequent harassment.
